Job Profile

• Liaisoning with suppliers for smooth loading of cargo and documentation.
• Coordinating with agents at load port / discharge port for smooth arrival, berthing, departure of vessel.
• Placing work order, coordinating with surveyors at load port and discharge port, prcoess surveyor payments.
• Finalisation of tender documents for product imports and vessel chartering.
• Coordination of CPTSL for cargo testing and discharge with SLPA for vessel berthing.
• Monitoring of laytime usage and calculation, lodging claims, Demurrage, etc.
• Coordinating with suppliers, negotiating survey agencies for the rates and appointing surveyors at load port and discharge ports.
• Coordinating with Lawyer for legal disputes in the shipping matters and ensure customs compliance of the imports shipments.
